Custom Trainings
We can arrange customized trainings for any ERS scale, either virtually or in-person at your location.
In-person training
We'll travel to you! Schedule an in-person training at your location here. We will personalize this training to your level and needs.
Virtual training
We offer customizable virtual trainings on all of our scales: ECERS, ITERS, FCCERS, and SACERS. Webinars can be introductory, intermediate, or in-depth and can be tailored to your group's individual needs.
Reliability Training
Trainings are 3, 4, or 5 days of practice observations. You can learn how to calculate and document reliability and how to bring others to acceptable reliability. ERSI is the only organization to provide this training. Certification is valid for one year and must be renewed annually through a recalibration check training to continue to be recognized as a certified user of the Environment Rating Scales.
